Good house at only a few km’s from Szigetvár.

The house itself is not bad, although the photos give a slightly different first impression. The roof was replaced in 2015, the electrical system in 2016, and the heating system in 2018. Clearing out the house and giving it a fresh coat of paint would be a great help.

You will find Patosfa north of Szigetvár. Village with 300 inhabitants located on the border of the Zselic and in an area with forests. Szigetvár is the larger city and is located 13 km from Patosfa.

In Szigetvár all the conveniences of a city to do shopping at the large chain stores, but also great to go out for dinner, have a drink on a terrace or visit the (thermal) swimming pool. Less than 10 km from Patosfa you will find the golf course of Hencse. great if you like to hit a ball.

Nice house that needs some renovation, but could become a great Hungarian House.
