Szentgyörgyvár is a village with little less than 500 inhabitants. You can do your daily shopping here, and for more better shopping, you can go to Hévíz or Keszthely.

Szentgyörgyvár is located near the Balaton lake, just 7 km from Keszthely and only 5 km from Hévíz.

Keszthely is also a large city, offering a good selection of restaurants, museums, sports facilities, and more. Hévíz is known for its famous spa town, which is popular with spa guests both summer and winter.
