For larger purchases, go to Dombóvár. You are 12 km from the Gunaras beach and bath at Dombóvár and the other side is 20 km from the thermal bath of Tamasi. Day Balaton is doable. in 5 quarters of hour you are in the famous seaside resort of Siófok.

Finish the renovation and you can have a beautiful home here in a lovely green area north of Dombóvár.
