The villa is very beautiful. Built in the 1990s and renovated in 2010. It is a beautiful and spacious house with lots of space. It offers you two floors with a total of 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. It is fine to with two families.
When it comes to relaxation, this is the place to be. There is the swimming pool (10 x 5 meters and 1.6 m deep) with terrace for the summer months, but also a jacuzzi, a teras and a BBQ area. Lovely to relax here.
The plot is 2,000 m2 and there is a garage under the house.
Electricity, gas and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The villa is centrally heated (on gas) and there are also several fireplaces. Connecting internet and telephone is of course no problem.
