The plot is no less than 6,252 m2 and there are outbuildings that were used for keeping animals, but you may not be able to use it for another destination and with Balaton at 20 km, a touristic interpretation is perhaps possible.
Water and electricity (also 380V) are available. Gas can be connected from the street. For drainage there is a septic tank. Internal and/or telephone can be connected.
Magyarkeszi is a village with 1,300 inhabitants in the province of Tolna. You can easily do your daily shopping in the village and the larger towns in the area are Tamási, Enying and Siófok. In Tamási you will find a thermal bath and Siófok is a well-known seaside resort at Lake Balaton. Great for enjoying water fun, tourist crowds and the somewhat hilly landscape around Magyarkeszi. Then back to the tranquillity of your own house in Magyarkeszi.
