If you are handy you should come and have a look here because for this price you buy quite a lot of house. The house was built about 30 years ago, but never finished and used. Is at that time equipped with good quality windows with double glass.

Ózd is a city with more than 40,000 inhabitants. Surrounding the city is a hilly area with valleys and forests.
Sáta is close to the Lazberci National Park. The village itself has all local amenities and you can do your daily shopping in the village.
All in all a beautiful area for (mountain) walks, fishing, sightseeing, to view the beautiful landscape and to visit cities.
