With this house you buy quite a lot of space, but also a lot of work.
The house offers you upstairs three rooms, the bathroom and a kitchenette and three more rooms downstairs. Enough space, but it must be completely refurbished. Good to know is that there is already new electricity.

The town Ózd (20 km) is nearby and here you find all bigger stores and supermarkets. Via road 25 it is then only 30 km to the border of Slovakia.
Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.
The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops.
All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.
The house is structurally sound, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
