Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.

The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops. Besides the historic sights and its thermal baths, Eger is of course famous for its wines.

All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.
