Property description:

Beautifully located estate in the north. Large complex with lots of space.

The building dates from 2005 and has been completely renovated over the past three years. It consists of two residential units. The main house consists of two floors and with on the ground floor the beautiful living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor 2 bedrooms, a toilet and the balcony / terrace from where you have a beautiful view over your own forest.

In the other building the second house which also consists of a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a storage room.

Plot is 4,500 m2 and there is a large garage for no less than 4 cars. The house has a beautiful garden, but further along is a piece of forest.

Electricity (also 380 V) and water are available as facilities. Gas is already on the plot but has yet to be brought into the house. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. There are wood stoves for heating. Telephone and Internet are no problem.

Perkupa is a village of about 1000 inhabitants in the north of Hungary. You're not far from the Slovakian border and a little bit in the triangle of Lucenec / Košice in Slovakia and Miskolc in Hungary. Particularly beautiful and natural setting close to the Aggteleki national park. Great for walking, cycling and mountain biking. Naturally great for horse riding.

The city of Miskolc is at a 40km and here all the amenities of a larger city with shops, (thermal) pool, cinema, terraces etc. Also Košice and Lucenec are well worth a visit and great for shopping.

Beautiful country house with a separate guest house which can be rented out.
