Property description:

Nice property that you can turn into a nice (holiday) home in the North of Hungary.

In the houses a hall, a living / dining room, two bedrooms, the kitchen and pantry and the bathroom.

The house is at the end of a dead end and has a plot of no less than 2,000 m2. Long garden with many fruit trees, a cellar and some outbuildings. In the garden also a well. You have almost no neighbours here.

Electricity (also 380 V), water and gas are available. There is a connection to the sewer system for drainage. The house is centrally heated with a gas or wood stove. Telephone and Internet can of course be connected.

You will find this house at the end of a quiet dead end street in the small mountain village of Csokvaomány. Csokvaomány is close to the national parks of Bükk and Lazberci. The village itself has all the local amenities and three shops.
The town Ózd (20 km) is nearby and here you find all bigger stores and supermarkets. Via road 25 it is then only 30 km to the border of Slovakia.

Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.

The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops.

All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.

The house needs some renovations, but all utilities are there.
