Property description:

Traditional Hungarian house for a nice price.

Not a very large house and plot, but with beautiful original details as the wooden ceiling. The roof has been renewed, the fence is new, but you have to renovate the inside. In the house the traditional 2 rooms, kitchen and utility room.

All facilities such as electricity, water and gas are there. The drainage is connected to the sewerage system. Of course Internet and telephone can be connected.

The house is in a quiet street of the village of Lenarddaroc. Lenarddaroc is a village at the foot of the Bükk Mountains, about 15 minutes of the (more touristic) village of Szilvásvárad with its beautiful nature, nice restaurants, train and waterfall and about half an hour from the city of Eger with beautiful castle and church, a cozy center, large supermarkets and all other shops.

In the village itself you can do the daily shopping at the local supermarket. For the extensive shopping you go to Ózd (quarter away) or of course to Eger. In the mountains you can of course make wonderful walks, but also on the slopes of Bánkút.

Nice house with a lot of work, but also for a good price.
