Property description:

Really a big house and for not too much money. This is a bargain !!

The house consists of two floors and upstairs is the living space. Here the living room, two bedrooms, kitchen  and the bathroom. Downstairs there are two more rooms (storage) and a room where a bathroom can be made. Downstairs also the heating room.

The house is beautifully stable and in good order. The floor has been completely renovated for about seven years and you can move in here immediately. On the outside, the plaster needs repairing.

Plot is not very wide, but quite long. In the garden some outbuildings.

Electricity and water are there. Gas can be connected from the street. The drainage is connected to the sewerage system and the house is centrally heated via a (wood) CV heater. Of course Telephone and Internet can be connected.

This house can be found in the mountain village Csokvaomány. Csokvaomány is close to the national parks of Bükk and Lazberci. The village itself has all the local amenities and three shops.
The town Ózd (20 km) is nearby and here you find all bigger stores and supermarkets. Via road 25 it is then only 30 km to the border of Slovakia.

Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.

The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops.

All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.

Beautiful space home with many possibilities and for a great price.
